A man wearing a black suit entered a room, marked 'INTERVIEW' in a bland sign above. He adjusted his ID, which read 'Overseer Six' in a bold red font to show his importance. The room was worn down and basic, a dark palette being the only thing in sight. He looked at the desk he was going to be 'interviewing' people at, still only seeing dark colors. It was made of metal, even wood would have been better, though what did he expect from a simple Site like this? Sites like these never expect anyone of authority to show, nevertheless an Overseer. He had to hold three - no four - interviews that day, and none on anyone of high rank. This was going to be a very odd day. His personal Artificially Intelligent Conscript, Htoabadlay, sent him a message, interrupting his train of thought. He looked down at his phone, revealing the message to just be the time of the first interview. Upon further inspection, it was now. Six took his seat at the chair farthest from the door in an attempt to make a semi-intimidating appearance. A few moments later, a slightly scared seeming Researcher with graying hair entered the room, escorted by two Alpha-1 Agents. He was fairly young despite his hair graying, which is probably why he was called in. Six looked at the Researcher, before motioning to a chair, to which the Researcher hesitantly sat in. Six sighed, before asking "What is your name?".
"Organizational Rese-" the man began, before Six cut him off by raising his hand as if to say 'stop'.
"I asked your name." Six said, lowering his hand. The Researcher was surprised, but soon answered "John Marques".
"Marques, do you know why you have been called here?" Six asked, adjusting his tie to seem more professional.
"Uh - yes sir, I do. The Person of Interest 6969 Situation, right?"
"Correct. I already know the full situation, but please do tell me why you're getting in trouble for labeling them as such."
"Because it is an inappropria-" Marques began, once more being cut off by Six raising his hand.
"The other reason, please."
"Oh, because it was not the next number slated to be given to a Person of Interest?" Marques asked, hoping that was the correct answer the Overseer wanted.
"Correct. Now, are you the one who gave the Person of Interest in question that designation?" Six said, pulling out a physical copy of PoI-6969s Documentation, with the File Administrator notice highlighted.
"Uh, yes, yes I am. I'm sincerely sorry Sir, I didn't think it would be an issue." Marques responded, looking to the floor. Six tapped his index finger on the desk repeatedly, as if to show he was thinking. He sighed, and pulled out his phone, looking at the blue light coming from it, the only bit of color in the room. He typed a command into an AIC Help Client on his phone.

Hello. Insert valid BMID.
When the sun shall fall and the stilts shall rise.
What is my coarse of action to be, Overseer Six?
Change Person of Interest-6969's Person of Interest code to the next available slot, and if any gaps in digits appear push the PoIs back until there are none.
Peformed.
The Overseer put away his phone and looked at the Researcher, briefly glancing at the Alpha-1 Agents to let them know they would have to escort him back soon. Six stopped tapping on his desk, before turning back to Marques. He waited five seconds to intimidate him, before finally speaking up.
"You're being let off with three warnings. Yes, this was enough of a thorn in my side to equal three warnings instead of one. Don't, and I truly do mean never, do it again. Am I understood?" Six said, getting up from his desk before the Researcher spoke.
"Don't answer that, I know the answer, and God do I hate being told what I already know. Reds, take him back." Six concluded, catching the Researcher off guard. The Alpha-1 Agents approached Marques and shoved him towards the exit. The group left with haste. Six took another seat, and awaited the next person to 'interview'.
